GENERAL
POLICIES - Terms & Conditions of Sale's
Order
Processing - Average processing time on most orders is between
3-4 weeks for domestic orders, possibly longer during the holiday shopping
season. Special Order items and those items produced by Wesco International
(fiberglass) or Atlantic Models are prepaid products of which delivery
time may take longer due to the production process and factory workload,
average production time 60-90 days (See: Special Order Items below). Items
which are not currently available will be automatically placed on backorder
and shipped as soon as they become available unless we have been instructed
otherwise. All charges will appear on your credit card statement from
Tamco Systems Inc.
Domestic Shipping
- Domestic shipments are sent via U.S. Priority Mail. The shipping/handling
charges shown upon our shopping cart are a close automated estimate of
the actual shipping/handling charges which will be applied to your order.
Your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the actual s/h charges applied
and will be included with your order. Minimum s/h fee is $5.50 on all
domestic orders within the USA. Shipping charges may be applied to backorder
items.
International Shipping
- International shipments are sent via Air Parcel Post for the fastest
affordable service. In some cases International Priority Mail may be utilized
to select countries. The shipping/handling charges show upon our shopping
cart are a close automated estimate of the actual shipping/handling charges
which will be applied to your order. Your invoice will be adjusted to
reflect the actual s/h charges applied and will be included with your
order. Minimum s/h fee is $15.00 on all orders posted outside the USA.
Minimum for Canada is $7.50. Shipping charges may be applied to backorder
items. Delivery may be slightly delayed due to foreign customs inspection.
Special International
Shipping - Due to the amount of corruption within the postal systems
of some countries we must ship only by International Express. The minimum
fee is $25.00. If your country falls within this category you will be
notified by us prior to your order being processed. Currently, no orders
will be shipped into Mexico or Indonesia other than by this method.
Insurance -
An insurance surcharge of $2.00 may be applied to some orders which are
usually valued over $100.00 for the protection of all parties.
Customs Taxes
- Customs taxes imposed by a foreign government (if any) upon its residents
is the responsibility of the individual customers in accordance with the
laws of their respective nations.
Sales Taxes
- We are required by Florida Department of Revenue to collect Sales Tax
on all orders which are initiated within the State of Florida or orders
which shall be shipped to receiving parties within the state.
Special Order Items
- All Atlantic, Wesco and Desktop models are prepaid items which are submitted
to the factory for production. Production time usually runs 60-90 days
depending upon the factory workload. A "Grace Period" of 48 hours from
the time the order is submitted to us is allowed for customers to reconsider
their purchase before we submit the order to the factory for actual production.
Since factory production cannot be terminated once an order is submitted
we must apply a 50% surcharge, based upon the retail price of the individual
product, should a customer desire to cancel the order beyond the 48 hour
grace period. The remaining balance will be applied back to the customers
credit card used when making the original purchase.
Return/Exchange
- Items may returned within fifteen (15) days in re-sellable condition,
packaged in the products original factory packaging. Please include a
copy of your invoice with all returns along with any notations with regard
to the return.
A)
Exchange Items - The retail value of the product which you paid
may be used toward any other purchase or an even exchange. Shipping/Handling
fees are non-refundable and are applied toward alternate products
send back to you as a result of the exchange.
B) Refund Items - All returns with the exception of exchange
items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will apply a credit
back to the original credit card account which you used when making
the purchase less the 10% restocking fee (based on the products retail
price) and less shipping/handling charges.
All
returns must have a return authorization number. Please email us for
this number and we will also give you shipping instructions and address
for returns.
Use
of this website and the subsequent submission of an order constitues
your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
